Vehicle Smash and
Grabs
There have been a rash of vehicle "smash and grabs" in the
Westwood, Needham, Canton and West Roxbury areas. The thieves are mainly targeting small
electronic devices such as; GPSs, Satellite Radios, Radar Detectors, IPODs, etc. They are
targeting vehicles that have the "holders" affixed to the windshield and/or
dashboard.
Although the electronics are sometimes not visible, they are still gaining entry by
breaking the passenger side window and checking through the glove box and/or center
console. The police are well aware of these thefts and will be stepping up patrols in the
area, specifically our parking lots.

All employees are required to park in
the lower parking areas. Employees should not park in the Visitors' lot by the front
doors.

Rita's Cafe is located on the first floor
in building 100. Enter the lobby; Rita's is down the corridor.

available for employees who request one. Cards will be needed
for access to the facility after hours and to access the fitness

There is an ATM
on the first floor lobby of Building 200 for use during normal business hours (6:00am - 6:00pm).
It is located just outside the center stairwell.

purposes, the display of holiday lights are prohibited.

To maintain a uniform look, MEDITECH
requires all exterior windows, blinds and ledges are free of clutter and in working
condition.
For safety reasons, please do not use
toasters/toaster ovens or cook microwave popcorn.
We ask that all tenants smoke in the
designated smoking areas behind each building and use the ashtrays for cigarette and ash
disposal. We have had many mulch and brush fires due to the careless disposal of
cigarettes. This matter is of serious safety concern for all. If this continues to be a
problem, MEDITECH will be forced to ban smoking from the entire property. Thank you for
your cooperation.
No animals, bicycles or other vehicles are
allowed in the building.
